Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or the wrong item was sent by us.
